Morand Frères S.A. ist seit 1926 unter dem Namen "Veuve Morand et Fils" tätig. Die Familie MORAND handelte zunächst mit Kolonialwaren und Fasswein. Im Jahr 1931 gründeten Casimir und Fernand MORAND das Unternehmen "La Clef d’une Bonne Cave", das den Namen Morand Frères S.A. beibehielt. In den 50er Jahren stießen ihre Söhne Jean und Henri dazu. Heute wird das Unternehmen in der vierten Generation von Philippe geführt. Trotz moderner Ausstattung behält das Unternehmen seinen familiären Charakter. Die modernen Weinkeller und Kellereien haben eine Kapazität von über drei Millionen Litern Wein (Weißwein, Rosé oder Rotwein) in La Tour-de-Trême, Sion und Mont-sur-Rolle. Morand Frères S.A. bietet eine breite Palette an Schweizer Weinen aus verschiedenen Regionen an, darunter Genfer, Waadtländer, Walliser und Freiburger Weine. Darüber hinaus unterhält das Unternehmen langjährige Beziehungen zu vielen ausländischen Weingütern und sichert sich Exklusivverträge für renommierte Weine wie Bordeaux, Côtes-du-Rhône, Languedoc-Roussillon, Südwesten, Spanien und Chile.
