La fondation dispose de deux bureaux, l'un à Neuchâtel et l'autre à La Chaux-de-Fonds, et offre ses services à tous les jeunes entre 15 et 30 ans, ainsi qu'aux personnes plus âgées selon leur situation. Des professionnels de l'insertion reçoivent sur rendez-vous. De plus, la fondation travaille en partenariat avec des entreprises pour proposer du travail et des stages aux jeunes en recherche d'insertion professionnelle. Depuis 2003, Job Service est certifié eduQua, ce qui représente une reconnaissance de son travail dans le domaine de l'insertion socio-professionnelle.
