    La coopérative de construction "mehr als wohnen" se positionne comme une plateforme d'innovation et d'apprentissage pour la construction de logements à but non lucratif. Son premier projet est le Hunziker Areal dans le nord de Zurich, conçu et mis en œuvre comme un projet phare durable et holistique. Le Hunziker Areal a reçu plusieurs prix, dont le World Habitat Award en 2017. À l'automne 2018, une opportunité unique s'est présentée à Oberwinterthur pour développer un autre site : le Hobelwerk. La construction se fera en deux étapes, avec l'emménagement prévu en 2021 et 2023 pour un total d'environ 170 logements.
